Site Flippers Vault Makes me $995 in Just 2 Hours!

Posted on September 30th, 2009 in Website Traffic | No Comments »

11 PM Everything Normal

11:35 PMSell the car site” pops into my head

12:52 AM Car Site Is Listed On Flippa

2:54 AM Site is Sold for 5 Via BIN

Site Flippers Vault Proves it can get results.

  • First Woodworkingplans.ca sells for 95, an amazing 20 months earnings

  • Now cars-to-charity sell with BIN for 5, 16 Months Earnings

My name is Dave Markel and I have been up all night. The headline above is completely true. Every word of it. I was almost ready for bed when the idea to sell my car site literally popped into my head.

Right now it is 5:45 am and I haven’t slept at all. I have just received the money from selling a site that 5.5 hours ago wasn’t even for sale.

I am completely blown away.

Here are my results I had just 2.5 months ago with another site I was selling. Here is a screenshot from that transaction.

The techniques I used to sell both of these sites I learned using the information within this membership site.

If you haven’t signed up and got your membership to Site Flippers Vault you are leaving buckets of money on the table.

It has proven to be able to help anyone sell their websites for far more then what the average sites go for.

I have Proven It. 2 Sites, 2 Amazing Stories

What is Site Flippers Vault all about?

In the last several months DMarze (the creator, previous owner, and fellow Warrior) contacted a lot of successful flippers and did interviews with them. They revealed to him what they were doing, what kind of sites they build, what tools and resources they use.

They revealed to him their most guarded secrets like:

  • How they pick market and select the best niches and know in advance that sites in these niches will sell… sell quick?
  • How they build their websites spend only few hours per site? Many of them do it part time only 5-10 hours per week.
  • What tools they use?
  • Where they get unique and quality content for their sites almost for free.
  • Advanced secrets and tactics they use all the time turning few hours of time into serious cash.
  • Where to buy blogs and sites, make small improvement, then sell them for 300% - 1000% more than they paid for.
  • And much more…

The Value of Reciprocity in Social Influence

Posted on September 30th, 2009 in Uncategorized | No Comments »

In the digital age, reciprocity has never been more essential and evident than in the development of communities. Whether it’s digging a friend’s story, introducing a colleague on LinkedIn or adding a link to a fellow blogger on your blogroll, reciprocity is an integral part of online community development. In our Digital Influence in News and Politics Report, we found those with the greatest social influence heavily relied upon reciprocity.

The 2009 Digital Influence in News and Politics Report illustrates benefits of reciprocity and its impact on social influence in the blogosphere. The main contributor to a blog’s influence is the number of links pointing to the blog. Often times, bloggers use link exchanges as a way to drive traffic to their blog and network with their peers. Link exchanges tie together large communities of bloggers and symbolize affiliation. There is an etiquette involved between link exchanges that is based on reciprocity: if a fellow blogger adds your website to their blog, it’s common courtesy to do the same. As your blog is added to more blogrolls, the greater your influence within the community.

The Digital Influence in News and Politics Report shows of the handful of blogs on the top 25 influencer list, half of the most backlinked sites are blogs. The Huffington Post (2), Daily Kos (3), The Drudge Report (5), Real Clear Politics (6) and Politico (10) are those that made the top 10 most backlinked sites. To illustrate the impact of reciprocity on backlinks and social influence, consider The Huffington Post. The internet news site places number two on our social influence list and features over a hundred links to blogs, news and columnists ranging topics such as politics, media, business, living and the list goes on.

As media transition to more digital formats, reciprocity will continue to increase in value. In essence, even simple link exchanges build social capital between community members. The web has enabled and empowered those without a voice to get up and make their opinion heard. The Huffington Post, Daily Kos, The Drudge Report are all soap boxes constructed from the nails and wood of the web. Other media could take a lesson from bloggers and find new and innovative ways…

To learn more about social influence and reciprocity, go to Sparxoo, a digitla marketing, branding an business development blog.

Sparxoo is a business blog that inspires breakthrough by tomorrow’s leaders. We are a strategy consulting firm with a pulse on marketing, branding, and development.

How Long Does It Take for a Blog to Get Popular?

Posted on September 29th, 2009 in Uncategorized | No Comments »

When you planned to create your website, you knew that it could reach millions of potential visitors. But now that your website is live, visitors are few and far in between. So, where are the visitors? And why aren’t they coming?!

To understand what’s going on, we will need to debunk the oldest myth of the web: Built it and they will come. In reality, quite a bit more work is involved. To get people to visit your website, you also need to (1) make sure that your website can be found and (2) give visitors something worthwhile when they arrive.

Make Sure That Your Website Can Be Found

The first step to building traffic is to ensure that potential visitors can find your website. This means that you need to make sure that your website can be found in search engines and directories. Some basic things which need to be accomplished to be most effective in this regard include:

  1. search engine submission - Submit your website to search engines.
  2. directory submission - Submit your website to directories.
  3. inbound links - Get other people to link to you. This will help to get visitors as well as help search engines find your website.
  4. search engine optimization - Getting in search engines is not enough. You also need to be at the top of search engine results pages. After all, if you are on page 55 of a search, it is unlikely that visitors will be able to find you. So you need to apply search engine optimization techniques to improve your search engine visibility.

Give Visitors Something Worthwhile

Once visitors come to your website, you need to provide them with something useful in order to keep them there. The something useful could be quality content, a great product, a useful service, or a free tool. But whatever it is, it must be able to hold a visitor’s attention, cause them to return, and perhaps recommend the website to others.

So… How Long Will It Take?

Back to our original question, How long does it take for a blog to become popular? Answer: There is no specific time required to make a website popular. It all depends on the type of website and the techniques used to market it. Some websites, for example, can achieve great popularity in as little as a week, whereas others may take several months or even years. So the question that you should be asking is: What is the best way to make my website popular?

Some suggestions that we have for increasing the popularity of your website include:

  1. Continuous Blogging. The frequency with which new content is added to your website will go a long way to generating traffic. In other words, you will achieve popularity faster if you blog everyday as opposed to once a week or once a month.
  2. Link Bait. Every website needs a bit of viral content, content that will get visitors talking and referring their friends. This is a great way to get a boost in traffic and lots of inbound links.
  3. Press Releases. Another great way to spread the word is to create a press release and submit it to syndication services. Press releases could be used to anounce your blog or some special tool or content series that you might have added. We like press releases because they work for themselves and make their way all around the internet without much help. They’ll also get you lots of inbound links.

If you have a new website, don’t just wait for traffic to come to you, or you will be waiting for an eternity. Instead, get the ball rolling by making sure that people can find your website, providing useful content, and by using our suggestions above.

Do you have use for a Machine Gun around here?

Posted on September 29th, 2009 in Marketing | No Comments »

Then perhaps you just need a great ebook!

The opening line is by Elmer Wheeler - considered America’s Greatest Salesman. Millions follow his teachings and have seen infinite success just by putting his advice in place.

Now imagine if you were an Internet Marketer and you could do the same?

Well, now  you can!

I’ve been an affiliate marketer for some time now, and have recently had the pleasure of reviewing ‘Canned Genius: Internet Marketing’. It’s a product which left me completely amazed at some things I had been missing all along.

Canned Genius: Internet Marketing came about after an investigation into scams online. The author, Susan Black, was dismayed by how many people were getting blatantly ripped off, but then she stumbled across a group of people whose backgrounds checked out and were actually selling good services to the public.

She befriended them and then interviewed them about their success, how they really did it, what the key things were that made them join the big leagues and what their biggest recommendations are for others who want to succeed online.

The book is a series of 8 interviews with these successful people, including Andrew Hansen, Colleen Slater and Tristan Bull to name a few.

Its an eye opener and is certainly a great read for anyone in the Internet Marketing business, as these people give an honest and truthful account of their success.

Canned Genius is a highly recommendable product, I really enjoyed reading about the real ways to be successful without all the sales pitch blurb. I also liked that all the contributors offered a free product of their own, some offered advice or a special report just for purchasers of the book.

How to Blog about Your Travels

Posted on September 29th, 2009 in Uncategorized | No Comments »

Ever wondered where travel bloggers get their money to sustain their travels?

They get the money from writing about and taking pictures of their travels. Basically, they get rich from traveling the world and enjoying their lives. They just document it so that others can read about and enjoy the adventure.

Travel bloggers have taken advantage of some of the most lucrative and easiest business models today, getting rich via Internet blogging.

You have to have at least basic Internet skills, decent writing skills, and a bit of marketing flair. Although, let me stress that all of these can be learned as you go along with your blogging. And the further you blog, the better you become and the more traffic your site will get.

Let me give you an idea on how to blog about your travels and get rich while doing it.

1.    Own a Blogsite

Not the free ones like, Blogger, Myspace, etc. Buy a domain. It’s just about 15 bucks. Chump change of an investment to get started raking millions.

All you need to do after that is to install a wordpress theme, put some content and there you go. Money machine!

2.    Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and getting traffic

If you’re not sure what SEO means, don’t worry. You can get help with this by researching it on the Internet. Basically, you just make your site easy to find around the World Wide Web.

Link building, social bookmarking, joining social media networks, and enhancing page ranking… these are some of the process of making your site more accessible. It is one of the most important steps so you will gain an audience and eventually a stream of income.

3.    Implement PPC advertising in your site

To get started, put some pay per click advertising on your site. You earn money when readers click on the ad. The more traffic you have the more chances that someone will click the ad. It is free and can be used immediately. You can use Adsense from Google.

Pay per click won’t make you rich but it will help bring in a steady stream of passive income.

4.    Be an affiliate marketer

Once you have a steady stream of traffic. What you have to do is advertise an affiliate product. When your reader buys the product you earn a commission for every sale that was referred from your site. You do this by promoting the product just be sure that it relates to your blog posts and content. Marketing a totally irrelevant product is silly and might turn off your audience.

Commission rates are usually high. Mostly, more than half of it will go to your earnings. Affiliate marketing is very profitable indeed.

5.    Create and sell your own product

If you have that entrepreneurial spirit, things can get interesting and even more profitable. It is your own product you will sell. You get all the money not just the cut from sales.

The tricky part is deciding what kind of product you are going to create and sell. For starters, you can write a book, create a video, or engineer an offbeat invention. Be creative.

How to Plan Your Blog

Posted on September 27th, 2009 in blogging | No Comments »

How to Plan Your Blog

The basics of blogging cover all the basic essentials,
including your writing style, blog category and the
content of your blog. Planning your blog can be
difficult if you do not know what you want to talk
about. It could be extra hard if you do not have the
necessary background in blogging. However, knowing
what you want to blog about can easily come to you
once you start browsing and poking around other blogs.
You can pick ideas from those blogs, expound and make
them the basis of your blog.

The Blogging Categories

Generally, there are several types of blogs.
Nevertheless, there are three popular categories of
blogs, such as the organizational, business and
personal blogs.

The first category, the organization, uses the power
of blogs to communicate either externally with the
public or internally within their organizations. This
kind of blog has the purpose of facilitation internal
communications amongst employees, colleagues and other
organizational personnel. In addition, organizational
blogs normally publish information that is of interest
by the public. In a certain instance, there are
organizational blogs that publish seminar schedules,
meetings, and announcements for their clients,
customers or members.

The business blogs, on the other hand, are for
promoting services or products offered by businesses
in order to help increase profits, revenue and
interest of potential consumers. These kinds of blogs
can look for ways to increase their reputation and
authority with vendors, customers and partners. They
do this by publishing contents that express expertise
and knowledge within a specific market portion, niche
or industry.

The personal blogs are those that contain contents
that are more of a reflection of bloggers’ opinions
and thoughts. Normally, they are used to publish
articles that voice their points of view on several
kinds and varieties of events and topics. Bloggers who
publish personal contents usually find pleasure in
documenting their everyday lives, stream of
consciousness and even their hate to specific events
through articles that reflects their moods.

The Target Audience

Your target audience and blogging style comes hand in
hand. The moment you think of creating your own blog,
you must first realize what your target audience is;
you must know what they want, need and desire to read
about. The blog you create and the contents you
publish must provide quality and value to the readers
in order to be effective in establishing communication
and expanding readership.

More so, the kind of blog you want to create
essentially creates its own target audience. For
instance, an organizational blog is meant for those
who are members or clients of a certain organization.
Although the target audience may be limited, there is
a good chance for consistency with regards to the
dialogue you create with your readers and eventually
more people would be interested in your blog.

The mentioned personal blogs are not normally designed
for social dialogue with a certain target readership
of any category and is rather meant to serve as a
collection of your musings. These kinds of blogs are
best reserved to your close friends and they are your
target audience.

If you identify your target audience successfully,
your messages that you want everyone to know about
will be effectively targeted. Some of the greatest
joys of blogging come from the use of your enthusiasm
in publishing signification information for a
community where there is a free exchange of opinions
between the readers and you.
